Refund Policy

Pragatisheel Railway Malgodown Shramik Sangh (PRMGSS) provides online payment facilities for membership fees, union contributions, and other authorized payments.

All payments made through this website are normally non-refundable. Once the payment is successfully processed, it will be considered final.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the user for the same service
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error
• Payment deducted from the account but transaction failed (not received by PRMGSS)

Refund Process

To request a refund, the user must contact PRMGSS support with the transaction reference number, payment receipt, and relevant details.

After verification, if the refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be provided in cases where payment was made voluntarily, or where incorrect details were submitted by the user during the transaction.

PRMGSS reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on verification and internal policy.
